About

Grow the company, not the back office.

Iter Labs is the technology arm of Crescer Assessoria e Treinamento, a Brazilian consulting firm that has worked in finance and process management for more than 30 years. We apply AI to automate administrative processes and build the software and management tools around them, so a company can grow without hiring more people for the back office.

Our story

Thirty years of consulting, now written in software.

Crescer Assessoria e Treinamento has spent more than 30 years inside Brazilian companies, across the country, on what financial and administrative processes look like on the ground: the controls, the routines, the paperwork and the people who carry it. Iter Labs is the technology arm of that group.

We started in 2024 in Pato Branco, Paraná, in the south of Brazil, with one idea: what the consulting side had been fixing with process and training could be fixed with software, for good. We apply AI to automate administrative processes, and we build the systems, robots and dashboards that hold the new routine in place.

That is the product. A company that automates its administrative work can take on more clients, more invoices and more contracts without adding people to the back office - or keep the same volume with a lighter administrative load.

Our first robots were built for the back office of a Brazilian industrial construction group. Since then we have built management systems, dashboards and member portals for a social and sports club, a food manufacturer, a private school and a notary office, plus WhatsApp flows, a ticketing and check-in platform and internal tools. Now we're taking on clients in the United States, in English or Portuguese.

The company grows, the back office does not.

Principles

No made-up case studies.

The rules behind every number on this site.

  • Results are measured

Every result we publish was measured, and we say how and when.

  • Estimates say so

When a number is an estimate, such as how long a task takes by hand, it carries a “Team estimate” label.

  • Limits included

Our case studies also show their limits: what failed, what we redid or what we do not control.

  • No borrowed logos

No testimonials or client logos without permission. Until a client agrees to be named, it stays anonymous.

Companies we have worked with

  • Copini Group
  • Grupo Doce D'ocê
  • Grêmio Industrial Patobranquense
  • Colégio Integral

Every logo here is published with the company's permission. Our case studies stay anonymous.

How we work

Assessment, pilot, then launch with monitoring.

Every project starts small: one task or one module, a short pilot, then a system you can monitor.

  1. 01

    30 min · free

    Assessment

A 30-minute call about how the work gets done today. You leave with a written summary and a price range for each task.

  2. 02

    2 to 4 weeks

    Pilot

We automate one task first, so you can judge the result before you commit to more.

  3. 03

    Ongoing

    Launch and monitoring

The robot runs with a log of every action, a history of its runs and an email alert when a run fails.
